Actually, it was this game on the 18th:
<BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><font size="-1">quote:</font><HR>
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 R H E
Boston 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 0 0 1 7 0
Chi White Sox 0 0 0 0 1 1 0 1 X 3 5 0
<HR></BLOCKQUOTE>
Chisox and the under, grrrrr.
That said, I very much appreciate the offer but I would not feel right accepting it. I got a very generous bonus for posting up with MegaSB, and have received a monthly "interest" on my balance (what precious little is there lol) which is practically unheard of in the sportsbook industry. More bonuses just to placate unhappy clients just costs you money and is unfair to those who aren't onery enough to bitch -- and if you just give it across the board, then you reward people who weren't even effected.
Just fix the problem. When dealing with hosting companies it is important to stress what is and is not peak time for you -- European books heavy on soccer and rugby betting need to definitely be online and available early in the morning GMT; books that specialise in American sports like your own need to not have any nagging downtime problems from say 5pm to 9pm EDT, and in the late morning and afternoons on Saturday and Sunday. Your hosting company doesn't know this unless you tell them.
Thanks again for the offer, and the prompt attention.
